Acoording to his dangerous project that threatens the lives of sea creatures including the mermaids, the thing that leads them to send Shan, a young beautiful mermaid to kill Xuan, to avoid that danger, but incidents come to climax, when she falls in love with him instead, the thing that makes her people rage and decide to kill him.
