A constantly absorbing little chiller directed by the underrated Tom Holland (Fright Night, Child's Play).August 29, 2012
Thinner continues in a kind of cartoony vein, almost making fun of itself as it goes along, but not exactly getting any laughs.March 23, 2005
Stephen King's freakiest film in eonsJanuary 01, 2000
The film isn't scary and it isn't funny. What it is, is dull.July 14, 2003
Mediocre Steven King adaptation. Interesting horror idea in light of society's obsession with dieting, but really just another horror movie.
